The service of God took place today in the Odessa remand prison (SIZO).
We prayed, asked the Lord to forgive our sins, the foundation of repentance was laid in hearts of prisoners,

also read the Gospel and the Epistle of the Apostle Paul, a sermon about eternity, love,

and the Kingdom of Heaven was made, received the Eucharist.
Patience, humility, and love to everybody.

A lot of prisoners in Ukraine today need basic stuff: clothes, medicines, personal hygiene and basic necessities, bed-linen and foodstuffs.
But most of all they need humanity, spiritual, moral, social and legal care.
It is not full 100% prisoners’ guilt in the fact that they have committed a crime, and are in prison.

I‘ve made a parcel for the prisoners of the Odessa Remand Prison SIZO - products,

a fan heater, warm clothes and shoes.
What has been done today makes some 0.01% of what shall be done - prisoners from other prisons and colonies  in Ukraine are waiting for help, waiting with the hope that the Lord has not forgotten them ...

The Social Adaptation Centre for those released from prisons continues its work.
Now there is one former prisoner in the center, he spent totally 24 years in prison. He needs adaptation for minimum 2 years.
Two weeks later, another one comes out of prison of intensive regime. The adaptation period is at least half a year.
In some 3 months one more prisoner leaves the prison. The general term of his imprisonment is 10 years. 5 years out of these 10 he spent in prison of intensive regime. His adaptation period is at least 1 year.

This week was very fruitful - services were held in the colony, prison, AIDS center and city hospitals.
There were sent parcels to places of imprisonment in several regions of Ukraine.
Drugs and medicines are handed over to those in need in city hospitals.
I’ve made consultations and conversations in person and on the phone - countless.

After serving in SIZO, I visited the sick in the city hospital.
I gave medicines to those in need.

Today I visited the Odessa Remand Prison (SIZO) - I handed over humanitarian aid, and I coordinated tomorrow's service in the prison buildings.
Then visited the penal colony of a high-security regime — talked with prisoners on the subject of preparation for church sacraments: the Liturgy on Thursday, and also updated the old arrangements with the new administration of the colony regarding the creation of an Orthodox church — a wonderful opportunity opens up for someone.
The room is already there.

Seven parcels were made  to places of detention: four to Odessa, and per one to Chernigov, Kiev, and Vinnitsa regions.
Tomorrow is sending.
The earthly bow and gratitude is great to all who are involved in Acts of Mercy !

Served today in AIDS hospital in Kriva Balka.
Entered all the wards, talked with the sick, and served a prayer service about health.
Got, and gave the medication for the HIV + patient at his request.

The day began with communication with the homeless and released from prison - I collected clothes for them, they will come for it tonight.
Then - communication with the administration of the  high-security penal colony : they say they want to work with me further, and that all the delays and obstacles are misunderstandings caused by the change of leadership and minor technical mistakes. We will see.
After this - communication with the convicts of the colony.
