The third hour I wait in the tambour of the Odessa Remand Prison (SIZO) for the  employee who will accompany me to the chapel of the Resurrection of Christ, for the purpose of performing the Sacrament of Baptism.
I know that the prisoners are also waiting.

Today, a service was held at the prison buildings of the Odessa Remand Prison (SIZO).
Confessed, prayed, and talked with the prisoners: we are preparing for the next service.
I gave the prisoners spiritual literature.

Prisoners from high-security penal colony appealed for help (not in the Odessa region), and told that there is nothing in their prison hospital: gauze instead of bandages, no syringes, no elementary medicines, let alone more serious medical preparations.
I will not be clarifying how the medicines or the funds allocated to them have disappeared, it’s not my part.

I handed over to the baby Valeria, who is with her mother in prison, a parcel of milk mixture and diapers.
The earthly bow and the great gratitude to those who donate to the needy!

What,in my opinion is the most important and key question in the prison mission?
It is necessary to create conditions for the quality work of the prison Priest in the MLS (detention facilities). The prison Priest shall become part of the convict reformation system, the Priest's access to prisoners shall be simplified  as much as possible, many of prisoners today do not physically have the opportunity to communicate with the Priest.

Prepared and sent a parcel to the correctional facility in Kievan region -clothes, food, personal hygiene items.
Prepared everything our everyday life consists of.

The church-office took place in the church at the regional AIDS hospital in Kriva Balka.

They need medicines and  food products, clothes and bed linens,

basic necessities and personal hygiene items.
His priest, placed by Him to care about the prisoners and the sick, needs funds for fuel and food.
I collect donations so that I can give something to the needy.

This week's plans are vast:
Monday - communication with the detention facilities and jails  administration. Coordination of mutual work.

Tuesday – Liturgy at the AIDS hospita Church in Kriva Balka, then a funeral.
On Wednesday - the shipment of equipment to the colony,

the preparing and sending of parcels around Ukraine to places of deprivation of liberty.
Thursday - Liturgy in the colony, then a concert.
Friday is the preparation for the presentation of the charity organization "Charity Fund" Odigitria ",

Six years ago, I held the first service in a penal colony (YUK 51) ...
... and I continue priest service here to this very day.
Now the religious service in a remand prison (SIZO) was added, as well as religious services in AIDS center (hospital, in-patient department), children's departments of the TB regional dispensary and the regional psychiatric clinic ... prisoners from Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Donetsk, Kiev, and other regions call me for help and advice.
