Communication - a dialogue with each prisoner of the Southern Penal Colony №51 and Odessa Detention facility №21.
To to meet and talk with each inmate of these two institutions during 6 months. 14 people a day.
30 minutes per person. Objective: establishment a relationships, clarification of the circumstances and needs,
collecting the information and statistical data, suicide prevention,
feedback communication, and reducing reoffending percentage.
September - October - December Southern Penal Colony №51 – 1000 prisoners,
January - February - March -- Odessa Detention facility №21 1500 prisoners
