Today, after the Divine Liturgy, together with the charitable organization BF Odighitria, I gathered and sent humanitarian aid to places of detention—specifically,

to the Kryvyi Rih pre-trial detention center, in the sector for life-sentenced prisoners

The aid included books, food, hygiene products, clothing, and bedding.

One drunken evening, one fight, just five minutes—and now, a person has been in prison for more than 20 years…

There is almost nothing left of the person who once stood before the court's verdict.

Yet they still have many years to serve, to repent, to mourn for the souls of the deceased, and to pray to God for forgiveness…

Many thanks to Humanitarian Nova Poshta, Yulia Zlatina, Yuriy Lifanse, and Sant'Egidio.ua for their cooperation and open hearts!
